As the solution provider for the coatmaster Inline series in Türkiye, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Numanufacturing develops solutions that integrate contactless paint and coating thickness measurement technology into production lines.
coatmaster’s Advanced Thermal Optics (ATO) technology enables coating thickness to be measured without touching the surface or damaging the coating. Measurement before and after curing supports early identification of process deviations and monitoring of coating quality throughout production.
At Numanufacturing, we combine this measurement capability with our robotic automation, Sensor Fusion and Edge AI expertise. By relating coating thickness data to production conditions, we aim to turn it into actionable information for quality control, traceability and process improvement.
